Renovation of Modern Detached Home

This is one of our renovation projects of a 1950’s house into a modern home.

Our client sought a fresh, modern feel utilising an expansive, open-plan layout. Through close collaboration with an architect, we brought this vision to life.

Expanding the house at the rear with a single-story extension and at the side with a double-story extension, we utilised extensive steelwork to create this open-plan living space.

To achieve the desired contemporary aesthetic, we carefully selected dark brick and cedar cladding, complemented by crisp white render.

The result is a harmonious blend of textures and hues that exude modern sophistication.

The updated look showcases the seamless fusion of traditional charm with contemporary design principles, offering a truly exceptional living experience.
